We are a group of independent professionals, university students, academicians, and NGO activists who aims at Leading Change Through Policies.


The MENA Policy Hub “MPH” was born following the initiative of a group of young Moroccan analysts who took part in the YAANI program for the analysis of public policies, a series of trainings during a year that took place in several MENA countries including Morocco. The YAANI program was initiated in 2011 by the British Council and Chatham House with the support of the British Embassy in Rabat. MPH has been co-working on developing and running YAANI program at 2014.



The primary field of work of MENA Policy Hub is : –Analyzing Moroccan and foreign public policies –Delivering trainings on the techniques of public policy analysis, debates and advocacy
–Giving opinions on public affairs at the national and foreign level
–Developing partnerships with different national and international organisms
–Redacting and publishing researches and policies’ summaries


MPH aims at developing a new generation of public policy analysts, this goal is achieved through :
– Enabling citizens to better understand public policies
– Simplifying public policy concepts
– Engaging interested people in producing the policy that concerns them
– Opening public debates through seminars and workshops
– Participating in overall social and societal life
